Use and maintenance of light diesel oil burner

First: Instructions for use

1. Normal working state
Turn on the power, the burner motor starts, and an electric spark is generated between the ignition electrodes. After the pre-blower, the oil pump solenoid valve automatically opens, and the oil mist ejected from the nozzle is punctured by the electric spark, forming a flame. At this time, the flame detector senses the brightness of the flame and the controller enters the locked state. The ignition electrode stops ignition after delaying the ignition, and the burner enters the normal working state.

2. Abnormal working state
If the ignition is unsuccessful, no flame is formed, or the flame detector does not feel the brightness of the flame, the safety alarm system moves after the safe time, the starting procedure of the burner is cut off, and the fault red light is on.

When the burner is just started, if the flame detector feels the brightness, the safety system operates, the controller does not enter the normal program, the solenoid valve does not open, the nozzle does not inject oil, and the fault red light is on after the safety time.

3. Precautions
Therefore, when starting the burner under bright light, you must first cover the flame detector and not let it see light. After the burner sprays the flame, turn on the flame detector immediately, otherwise, the burner cannot work normally. The burner can be restarted only after the red light is on for 3 minutes.

Second: Precautions
1. When connecting the peripheral circuit to realize the automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., please connect according to the wiring diagram of the control system.

2. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank, and a distance of 80-120mm shall be maintained.

3. The burner should be turned off before filling the oil tank. The fuel can be injected into the oil tank only after the fuel is filtered. It can be restarted only after 20 minutes of oil filling.

4. The oil circuit system shall not leak oil or air.

5. Before starting the burner, check whether the fuel oil in the oil tank is sufficient.

6. The size of the damper should match the specification of the nozzle. When using the burner, it is generally necessary to adjust the damper properly, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with the appropriate specification and injection angle.

7. The operating ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise cooling and heat insulation measures shall be taken. When used in cold areas, appropriate oil storage devices and insulation measures for oil supply and return pipeline system should be taken to prevent the oil circuit from blocking due to freezing. At the same time, the burner control circuit shall not be wet or high temperature.

8. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.

9. The motor and ignition transformer shall be protected from moisture and shall not be used in a humid environment.

10. When installing the burner, it should be balanced and used horizontally or vertically to avoid tilting.

11. When it is inconvenient to directly operate the burner, the switch and electrical protection device shall be externally controlled.

12. Always check whether the connection of the burner and its components are firm, loose, and the position changes.

13. When the burner is started, strictly prevent the sudden flame from hurting people and objects.

Third: Regular maintenance
The light diesel oil used must be cleaned. Please pay attention to the regular cleaning of the oil tank and oil filter. Replace the oil nozzle once a year, and replace the elastic coupling and the rubber parts on the coupling once a year and a half.

1. Foreign matters are strictly prohibited from entering the air duct.

2. The burner should be away from inflammable and explosive products and equipped with fire-extinguishing equipment.

3. Adjust the oil pressure appropriately according to the indicated value of oil pressure.

4. Regularly check the combustion cylinder, impeller, flame detector, and ignition electrode to remove oil and carbon deposits. In particular, the flame detector should be kept clean and free of water.

5. Cut off the power supply when maintaining the burner.
