Fault Phenomenon and Cause Analysis of Fuel Gas Burner
Fault phenomenon of fuel gas burner: (1) When the power is turned on, the burner will not start and the control box will not light up the fault light.
Possible causes:
(a) It may only be a small problem, such as the power supply is not connected. It may also be that the gas switch ball valve has not been opened or the gas pressure is insufficient (lower than the set value on the gas low-pressure switch).
(b) Please check the fuse of the power supply, and also check whether the temperature adjusted on the thermostat is appropriate. If the burner is connected to other automatic control devices at the same time, please check whether there is no power supply to the burner due to the influence of these devices.
(c) Please check whether the voltage is normal. The control box of the burner basically has a low-voltage protection function. When the voltage is too low, the burner cannot be started.
(d) Please check whether the control box of the burner is securely plugged into the socket, and also check whether the power wiring is loose or falling off.
(e) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
Fault phenomenon (2): When the power is turned on, the combustion engine cannot start, and the control box lights up the fault light number or later lights up the fault light number.
Possible causes:
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) It may be the fault of the combustion engine motor. In addition to the motor coil or capacitor damage, the motor may not start because of the bearing problem, or the wind impeller may be stuck.
Fault phenomenon (3): the burner starts normally, but the operation is interrupted during the “blowing procedure”, and the control box lights up the fault light.
Possible causes:
(a) The control box may be faulty (damaged).
(b) The air pressure switch does not act, the air pressure switch is damaged, and the contact cannot act when the air pressure reaches the set value. If the air pressure port or pressure measuring pipe is blocked, check whether the set value of the air pressure switch is set correctly and if the air pressure is too low due to fan failure.
