How To Adjust The Air Volume In The Hot Water Boiler Burner?
The electrical control of oil fired hot water boiler burner is mainly composed of a power supply circuit of the injection motor, solenoid valve circuit, ignition circuit, photosensitive circuit, and servo motor circuit. Its working principle is divided into the following five aspects.

1. Throttle reset circuit. 2. Main motor circuit. 3. Ignition circuit. 4. Photosensitive circuit. 5. Solenoid valve and servo motor circuit.

There are two methods to adjust the air volume of the hot water boiler burner:

One is a single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage burner air conditioning device:
1. Single-stage burner: for a single-stage (ON/OFF) burner, the damper shall be fixed after commissioning.

2. Two-stage burner: The two-stage burner has a damper regulating device driven by a servo motor. When the damper rolls, the opening of the air inlet changes, thus changing the air inlet.

The second is the air conditioning device of the sliding oil-fired hot water boiler burner:
1. Air conditioning principle: the cam organization is driven by the servo motor to rotate clockwise to the high fire position, the adjustable spring band drives the valve baffle connector, and acts as the front fan to open the air valve.

At the later stage of pre-purging, the servo motor drives the cam plate to open the oil volume regulating valve, so that the air damper turns to the ignition load position. In this position, the fuel volume regulator is fully open, which means that only a small amount of oil is required for the blowing nozzle. Internal atomization, most of which flows back to the oil tank through the oil return pipe.

2. Air volume adjustment: after adjusting the sliding screw on the organization, drive the opening of the air baffle, and measure the smoke composition at each load point to make the air volume suitable for the oil volume. After the above adjustment, the external locking screw must be turned tightly.

3. Oil volume adjustment: use the hexagonal wrench to roll the hexagonal screw to make the migraine plate bulge or sag. The migraine plate pushes the oil flow regulator to achieve the purpose of oil flow adjustment. The oil conditioning should be harmonious.
