How to choose a low nitrogen burner?
In recent years, in response to the national requirements for environmental protection, many boiler enterprises have been carrying out boiler renovation. In order to reduce the emissions of pollutants in their production and operation, how can many large and small boiler factories in the market choose suitable low nitrogen burners based on their own situation? Today, let’s talk about how to choose a low nitrogen burner together?
Low nitrogen burner fuel type: First, users need to determine what fuel they use and choose the burner based on the fuel they choose. For example, if the fuel is diesel, a fuel burner should be selected; The fuel is gas and a gas burner is selected.
Due to the variety of gas types and large differences in calorific values, a certain type of gas burner can only burn that type of gas, such as natural gas burners that cannot burn liquefied gas or coal gas; Similarly, gas burners cannot burn natural gas or liquefied gas. A high calorific value gas burner burns low calorific value gas, resulting in insufficient burner output; On the contrary, low calorific value burners burning high calorific value gas are prone to incomplete combustion or explosion accidents.
How to choose a low nitrogen burner?
After selecting fuel, users should choose nozzles (burners) or fully automatic burners based on their economic capabilities and equipment requirements. Generally speaking, the cost of using a nozzle (burner) is relatively low, but safety issues are difficult to ensure; The cost of using a fully automatic burner is relatively high, but there is no need to configure the fan and control system yourself, which is easy to operate, has high accuracy in furnace temperature control, and ensures safety.
Gas burners should be selected based on the type of gas and gas pressure. Burners have their own gas pressure range to adapt to. If the gas pressure is not within the designed pressure range of the burner, it cannot be used. Gas pressure exceeds the design pressure range of the burner, which is prone to danger; If the gas pressure is lower than the design pressure range of the burner, the output of the burner is insufficient. For example, in a certain region of Shanxi, more than ten foreign boilers are imported, and the accompanying burners are gas burners with a pressure of 15Kpa. However, the gas pressure in this region is only 3-4Kpa, and foreign burners cannot be used.
According to the temperature and pressure (furnace pressure) of the low nitrogen burner, when selecting a burner, it is necessary to explain to the manufacturer which type of equipment your equipment belongs to, the approximate temperature in the furnace, whether the furnace is positive or negative, and the approximate pressure. Because the furnace temperature is different, the structure of the burner is also different, and the materials used are also different; The burner selected for positive furnace pressure overcomes higher pressure, while the burner selected for negative furnace pressure overcomes lower pressure.
According to regional selection: Different regions have different requirements for burners. For example, in cities in Northeast China, the burner control system is required to be resistant to low temperatures; In the Xinjiang oilfield area, it is required that the control system must be resistant to both high and low temperatures; The air pressure in plateau areas is low, and the output of standard burners is not sufficient here. This factor should be considered when selecting.
If it is necessary to replace the burner, it should be clear about the boiler type, boiler temperature, furnace pressure, fuel type, etc., so that suitable low nitrogen burners can be matched for one’s own boiler.
