How to Choose the Appropriate Power for the Diesel Burner Selection?

We use diesel burners of different sizes and functions during operation. So what points should we pay attention to when choosing? 1. Appropriate power: The power of the boiler nameplate must match the power of the burner, and no burner with an oversized size is allowed (using it will cause high pressure in the boiler, smoke during combustion, incomplete fuel combustion, or the burner cannot be used with a direct fire). A burner of too small a size cannot be used either (it will lead to prolonged heating time or failure to reach the required temperature of the equipment). The power of a diesel internal combustion engine can be adjusted within a fixed range. This adjustment cannot be directly manually adjusted. It is necessary to change the size of the fuel injector to change the fuel injection quantity and the ultimate internal combustion engine power. When replacing the fuel injector, it is also necessary to adjust the inlet of the burner accordingly. Generally speaking, when adjusting the fuel injector to a larger damper, the fuel injector is adjusted to a smaller damper to reduce. The intensity of this adjustment needs to be adjusted according to the exhaust phenomenon of the smoke duct. When the smoke duct is smoking black smoke, it needs to increase the air volume, and when the smoke duct is smoking white smoke, it needs to reduce the air volume until there is no obvious smoke (the diesel burner uses diesel, which will emit less smoke during combustion, and there will be no obvious smoke when fully burned).

Example 1: The boiler is an atmospheric hot water boiler, with a boiler power of 30MW (30000KW), requiring a burner with a power range of 300KW.

Example 2: The boiler is a steam boiler, with a boiler evaporative capacity of 20T (20000KG), requiring a power of about 16000KW, requiring a burner with a power range of 16000KW.
