How to discharge pollutants from gas boilers? What should be paid attention to when discharging gas boilers? Which type of gas boiler is good
During the operation of a gas boiler, there are many areas that require daily maintenance, and boiler discharge is one of them. So, what are the discharge methods for gas boilers? What should be paid attention to during the discharge process of gas boilers?
1、 Methods for discharging pollutants from gas boilers
There are two methods for discharging pollutants from gas boilers: regular discharge and continuous discharge
1. Regular discharge: The time interval and frequency of regular discharge depend on the test results of the boiler water, and generally do not exceed 5% of the water supply; When the boiler is under high load, do not discharge the water wall tube header, otherwise it will affect the normal water circulation of the water wall.
2. Continuous discharge: The discharge amount is also determined based on the test results of the boiler water. The discharge water flows into the pressure expansion tank, which can improve thermal efficiency. Moreover, due to the decrease in pressure, secondary steam can be generated for recycling, and the wastewater is discharged from the expansion tank.
2、 Precautions for gas boiler discharge
1. For gas boilers, we should discharge pollutants under low load conditions, and carry out frequent discharge, minimal discharge, and balanced discharge.
2. During the discharge process, the water level should be closely monitored to prevent boiler water shortage caused by discharge. Before discharge, the boiler water should be adjusted to a slightly higher level than the normal water level.
3. When discharging the boiler, do not perform any other operations on the boiler. If other operations are not necessary, please stop discharging first.
4. After the boiler discharge is completed, close the discharge valve and check for any leaks at the outlet of the discharge pipeline.
5. The turning point of the boiler discharge pipe will be subjected to the reverse force of the discharged steam water, so a fixed support point should be added between appropriate distances.
6. The boiler discharge pipe is located inside the flue and requires effective insulation with asbestos ropes, refractory bricks, etc. It needs to be checked regularly.
The WNS type ultra-low nitrogen fuel gas boiler maximizes the radiation heating surface, effectively improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and the environmental protection effect of low nitrogen combustion is also quite significant, effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions, which can reach below 30mg/m3.
