1. The motor shall be protected from moisture and shall not be used in a humid environment. When installing the burner, it shall be used in a balanced, horizontal, or vertical manner to avoid tilting. Regularly check whether the connection between the burner and each component is firm and loose and whether the position is changed.
2. The operating ambient temperature of the burner shall not exceed 70 ℃, otherwise, cooling and thermal insulation measures shall be taken. When used in low-temperature areas, appropriate thermal insulation measures shall be taken to prevent freezing and blocking of the oil circuit. At the same time, the control circuit of the burner shall not be affected by moisture or high temperature. Please turn off the burner when cleaning the chimney.
3. When the direct operation of the burner is inconvenient, an external control switch and electrical protection device shall be provided. When the burner is started, it is strictly prohibited to hurt people and destroy objects by the sudden flame.
4. When connecting peripheral circuits to realize automatic control of boiler temperature, pressure, water level, etc., wiring shall be conducted according to the control system wiring diagram.
5. The size of the damper shall match the nozzle specification. When using the burner, the equipped boiler and the burner are not the same as the boiler used in the factory, so it is usually necessary to adjust the damper properly, and sometimes it is necessary to replace the nozzle with the proper specification and injection angle.
6. The oil suction pipe shall not be close to the bottom of the oil tank, and the distance shall be 80-120mm. Before oil injection, the burner shall be turned off, and the fuel shall be injected into the oil tank after being filtered. It can be restarted after 20 minutes of oil injection. The oil system shall be free of oil and gas leakage. Before starting the burner, check whether the fuel tank is sufficient.
