Safe Burner of Integrated Fuel Gas and Fuel Oil Burners

According to the burner characteristics of the gas in the furnace, the safety control requirements mainly include pre-blowing, automatic burner, burner monitoring, non-ignition protection of biomass particle burners, flameout protection, uneven pressure protection, insufficient pressure protection, power outage protection, and methods to prevent gas leakage accidents. Let’s explore the safety burner issues of fuel oil burners together.

The fuel burner and gas burner should use an electric spark burner to facilitate automatic control. It is necessary to dynamically monitor the burner situation. Once the flame detector detects a flameout signal, it must reflect onto the burner in a very short period of time. The fuel burner will enter a protective state while cutting off the gas supply.

The flame detector must be able to sense the flame signal normally, neither active nor inactive. The general requirement is that the response time from flameout to the flameout signal emitted by the flame detector should not exceed 0.2 seconds. When the burner burns, gas is introduced, which ignites and burns. The burner effect requires the formation of a burner temperature field before the introduction of gas, in order to facilitate ignition and burner.
Assuming that the point is not ignited, the flame detector cannot sense the flame signal, and the burner enters a protective state. Fuel burner display: It is generally required that the burner judge the flame signal sensed by the flame detector within 2-3 seconds after introducing gas. If it does not catch fire, it enters a protective state, and if it catches fire, it maintains a burner.

After starting the fuel burner, it is assumed that the alarm light is on. At this point, at least 20 seconds after the demand ratio, press the reset button again to restart.
