Structure of Low-Nitrogen Burner

Low-nitrogen burners, as automated electromechanical devices, can be divided into five systems: gas supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel oil system, and electronic control system. What is its structure composed of?

Shell: The shell is the main component of the low-nitrogen burner that houses all the parts and provides the fresh air intake channel. Most box-type combusters have a shell made of injection-molded material, usually with lower power. High-power combusters mostly use split shells, commonly in gun type. The shell is usually made of light alloy casting.

Motor: The motor provides power for the fan impeller and high-pressure fuel pump to run. Some combusters use a separate motor to provide power for the fuel pump. Some low-power combusters use a single-phase motor, with relatively lower power, while most combusters use three-phase motors. The motor must rotate in a certain direction for the low-nitrogen burner to function properly.

Impeller: The impeller is a cylindrical wheel with blades that rotate at high speed to generate enough wind pressure to overcome the furnace and chimney resistance and blow enough air into the combustion chamber to meet the combustion demand. It is made of light alloy steel and injection-molded parts, with blades angled to guide and stabilize the airflow.

Jet pipe: The jet pipe guides and stabilizes the airflow pressure and is also an integral part of the air intake channel. It is usually connected to the furnace via a jacket bank board. Its composition material is usually high-temperature-resistant alloy steel.

Controller: The controller is a driving device that mechanically controls the rotation of the damp board through linkage. Generally, there are two types of controllers: hydraulic pressure-driven and motor-driven. The former is more stable and less prone to failure, while the latter has greater accuracy and can stabilize the airflow when controlled.

Damp Board: The damp board regulates the air intake channel size to control the air intake volume. It is made in two materials: injection-molded and alloy. Injection-molded damp boards are usually one-piece style, while alloy boards can be one-piece, two-piece, or three-piece style.

Diffusion plate: The diffusion plate creates swirling airflow, which helps with mixing air and fuel thoroughly and can regulate the secondary airflow.

The above is the structural composition of a low nitrogen burner, and the introduction of the above composition is to help everyone better understand this type of product. Low-nitrogen burner engines are used to produce boilers and industrial furnaces. Conforming to green, energy-saving, and environmental protection standards, it is highly favored by domestic and foreign merchants.
