Types And Installation Requirements Of Low NOx Burners
The low NOx burner is an important piece of equipment in industrial oil-fired boilers and gas-fired boilers. It ensures stable combustion of fuel and complete combustion of fuel. The following is a brief introduction to the low-nitrogen burners currently used by our low-nitrogen burner manufacturers:

(1) Exhaust gas self-circulation low NOx burner
Its working principle is mainly to use the air jet to make part of the combustion products flow back to the burner outlet and mix with the fuel gas, so as to reduce the oxygen concentration in the circulation area and prevent the formation of local high-temperature areas. According to relevant data, when the exhaust gas recirculation rate is about 20%, the NOx suppression effect is high, and the NOx emission concentration is 80g/m ³ following.

(2) Two-stage combustion type low NOx burner
The working principle of this low nitrogen burner is to send combustion air to the combustion area twice so that the combustion process can be completed in two stages to avoid high concentrations in the high-temperature area. Since the primary air volume only accounts for 40%~50% of the total air volume, a strongly reducing atmosphere is generated to form a low oxygen concentration zone, and the temperature of the combustion reaction zone is reduced accordingly to inhibit the formation of NOx. The remaining air (secondary air) is sent out from the periphery of the reducing combustion zone, and complete combustion is achieved at the end of the flame. Due to staged combustion, concentration in high-temperature areas is avoided, and NOx emission concentration is significantly reduced.

After knowing the types of low-nitrogen burners, let’s look at the installation requirements of burners:
1. When installing the burner, the centerline of the burner and the centerline of the burner brick must be concentric.

2. The burner shell and burner brick shall be installed closely.

3. The cylinder of the burner shall be fixed on the support of the steel column of the furnace body.

4. The installation sequence is to install the burner first, then the oil and gas pipes. When installing the oil and gas pipeline, the position of the burner will not be affected.

5. The hot air port of the burner shall be installed above or on both sides, and shall not be installed below.

6. When installing the fire-resistant baffle on the burner, be sure to fill the gap between the baffle and the shell. Prevent the baffle from sinking and bend the oil gun.
