What are the advantages of linear burners?

Advantages of linear burners include stability and efficiency under relatively low airflow conditions with a low pressure difference of 0.5 mbar. Linear burners fueled by natural gas (either natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas) produce clean exhaust gases with low nitrogen oxide emissions.

Linear burners do not require additional combustion air, saving energy and containing very little oxygen (only 12% vol.) in the air. Maximum primary air inlet temperature for the linear burner reaches 500℃.

With modular design, linear burners can be freely combined according to the required power of the equipment and easily installed on various devices. Material modifications can be made to meet specific requirements.

Like any mechanical equipment, long-term use cannot guarantee that it will never fail, and this goes for gas nozzles and linear burners as well. After reaching a certain level of application, maintenance is necessary. Therefore, after-sales service is particularly important when purchasing gas nozzles and linear burners – a crucial factor to consider.

Industrial furnace workers due to limitations in professional skills and lack of understanding of machinery principles will inevitably encounter situations where improper operation leads to unreasonable combustion conditions of gas nozzles and linear burners. Without timely after-sales service, the machine would need to be set aside and work stopped, wasting money and impacting industrial furnace production tasks.
