Burner operation program: after the burner is started, the output signal fan of the burner program controller starts to operate, and the servo motor drives the air valve to the full load position for pre-purging. After pre-purging, the servo motor drives the damper back to the ignition position. At this time, the high-voltage ignition electrode output by the ignition transformer is ignited, and the ignition solenoid valve opens the branch gas at the same time. If the ignition is successful, the main solenoid valve will be opened to ignite the flame, and then the program will continuously change the load according to the heat demand. If the ignition is unsuccessful and the ionization electrode or electric eye cannot detect the flame, the program is terminated and the solenoid valve is closed.
