The molten salt boiler uses inorganic molten salt (a mixture of potassium nitrate, sodium nitrate, sodium nitrite, etc.) as the heat transfer medium uses coal, oil, or gas as fuel for heating, and uses a molten salt circulation pump to force liquid phase circulation to transport heat energy. After the heating equipment is used, it then returns to the reheated special industrial boiler. Generally speaking, the working temperature of the molten salt furnace can reach 300-600℃, which puts forward higher requirements on the performance of the burners matched with it.
After on-site inspections by EBICO technicians, ET non-standard customized burner has been selected for the 12 million kcal molten salt furnace. Considering energy saving and emission reduction, the burner is suitable for producer gas/natural gas fuel, which guarantees ultra-low nitrogen oxide emissions. At the same time, it effectively improves the combustion efficiency.
