EBICO provides 100t/h low NOx burner for Taiyuan Thermal Heating Project
Taiyuan Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. is mainly responsible for the construction, production, and operation management of central heating in Taiyuan. In the 2021-2022 heating season, the heating area directly managed by Taiyuan Thermal Power reached 168 million square meters, accounting for 75% of the total heating area in Taiyuan.
In addition, Taiyuan Thermal Power also undertakes the heating load of 31.69 million square meters of Taiyuan No.2 Thermal Power, Shuangliang Thermal Power, Taihong Thermal Power, and Chengbei Thermal Power. A total of 1,839 thermal power stations, 1,590 kilometers of primary pipe network, and 14 heat sources are put into operation.
In order to adapt to the 100t/h gas-fired boiler, EBICO selected EC-GR series low-nitrogen burners and their supporting equipment, with a maximum power of 79000kW. It is equipped with PLC programmable control cabinet to ensure the heating demand and to implement EBICO’s intelligent and safe production concept.
