The electrical signal is led out through a sliding ring fixed to the kiln body and an external brush system. The sliding ring and brush system are designed to adapt to the rotation of the kiln body. However, sometimes there may be poor outgoing signals, poor contact, and other situations.

3. Non-contact automatic temperature measurement control

Automatic temperature measurement technology can measure the surface temperature of the kiln body through non-contact thermometers, kiln body temperature scanning measurement systems, etc. The measurement signal is taken out by the measurement device and sent to the computer, and then the temperature situation in the kiln is analyzed through software. It is also possible to use a state recognition system based on combustion flame image features, that is, obtain flame images by a visual inspection system for preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction, and recognition, and indirectly obtain the temperature of the rotary kiln. It is currently a relatively good fire-watching and temperature-measuring device, which replaces the traditional method of temperature adjustment by fire watchers based on experience.
