How to Operate a Heavy Oil Burner Safely and Normatively?

The heavy oil burner is a common ignition tool for burning boilers. It is combustion equipment designed for heavy oil with high viscosity and poor atomization performance to improve the combustion performance of heavy oil. The key components include heavy oil tanks, diesel engine tanks, oil filters, heavy oil make-up pumps, heat exchangers, light and heavy oil conversion valves, high-pressure oil pumps, pressure-reducing valves, burners, and transportation pipelines.

Heavy oil is generally composed of cracked heavy oil, pressure relief heavy oil, superheated steam heavy oil, or wax oil in different proportions. When selecting, the overall requirements should be high heat output, good combustion performance, moderate viscosity, low corrosion and solid residue, and easy storage and transportation. The combustion engine is indispensable for all industrial production and is also a rigid demand of the processing and manufacturing industries. It is a semi-premixed internal combustion type with complete combustion of natural materials, which can rid the furnace of a pure flame that is smoke controlled and clean; Able to burn various types of heavy oil, petroleum, waste oil, residual oil, and bottom oil, with low requirements on oil quality; The flame appearance is good and very stable, the flame stiffness is good, and cold furnace ignition is very easy and suitable for hot and cold combustion of gases; It can be upgraded into a fully automatic combustion machine based on the modification of higher capable ignition, flame detection, and manipulation equipment.

Safety operation regulations:

(1) Before starting the combustion engine, first check to ensure that the connection between the heavy oil combustion engine and various components is firm, without looseness, and there is no change in the position.

(2) Ensure that there is no oil leakage from fuel containers to fuel pipes and pipes of the combustion engine; The switching power supply is all normal.

(3) Turn on the power switch of the fuel pipe and the main switch of the power supply. The self-inspection of the combustion engine is completed in about 30 seconds. The fan motor of the combustion engine starts, causing a spark discharge in the middle of the ignition stage. After about 13 seconds of pre-blowing the fan, the oil pump motor of the first section of the fire starts, and the oil pump relay automatically turns on. The welding fume emitted from the nozzle is ignited and ignited by the heat of the spark discharge, generating a flame. All of the first section of the fire is ignited normally, The ignition is terminated after a delay of about 10 seconds at the ignition level. The secondary ignition oil pump motor is started, and the oil pump relay is fully automatically turned on. The secondary ignition has just started to ignite. The flame detector senses the color of the flame, the control panel enters the locked condition, and the combustion engine enters all normal working attitudes.

(4) After the application of the heavy oil burner, it should be shut down, disconnected from the switching power supply, and turned off the oil valve.
