Rongchen focuses on the production of containerboard paper and corrugated base paper. Its annual output of base paper ranks among the top five in the segment of containerboard paper and corrugated base paper manufacturing. It is one of the most important papermaking companies in East and Central China.
Faced with the dual pressure of industrial scale expansion and environmental protection transformation, Rongchen Environmental Technology selected EBICO as a partner to jointly promote the environmental protection transformation of the production line in order to fill the gap in corporate clean heat.
EBICO selected the ES-GGE series of oil and gas dual-purpose low-nitrogen combustion equipment, which not only saves production costs but also promotes further optimization of the energy consumption structure. EBICO’s advanced and mature technology cooperates with the flue gas recirculation system to realize the recovery and utilization of part of the flue gas. Because the flue gas absorbs heat and dilutes the oxygen concentration in the combustion space, the combustion speed and furnace temperature are effectively reduced, which can be reduced by 50-70%. thermal NOx, the environmental protection transformation effect is obvious.
