1、 Boiler cleaning: There will be some residue in the combustion chamber of the boiler, which needs to be cleaned with a soft bristled brush. Gas pipelines also need to be cleaned with a wire brush. After removing the residue inside the boiler, tighten the screw of the cleaning port, close the combustion engine door, and check the integrity of the sealing ring.
2、 Boiler anti freezing: In cold winter, areas with temperatures below 0 degrees Celsius require anti freezing measures for boilers: if the boiler room is outdoors, the indoor temperature should be reduced to 15-18 degrees Celsius to allow the boiler to run all day long; If there is no one in the room for a long time, the water in the boiler needs to be drained completely.
3、 Cathodic protection: Many components and equipment in boilers are made of different materials, so cathodic protection measures must be taken to prevent electrochemical pollution.
4、 Boiler discharge: Due to the moisture content in the flue gas and the low temperature of the flue gas, moisture is generated, and this part of the water is discharged from the chimney. Another part is absorbed by the chimney wall, and the remaining water is deposited at the bottom of the chimney. The purpose of regular discharge is to remove sediment from the furnace and adjust the quality of the boiler water.
5、 Boiler burner: It is one of the main auxiliary equipment of the boiler, which regularly cleans the filter and maintains the cleanliness of the photoelectric sensor; Regularly clean the internal combustion, air supply, and fuel delivery systems of the burner; The temperature near the burner should not be too high, otherwise it will affect normal operation and cause damage; Do not stack flammable and explosive materials around the burner to ensure a clean environment; Maintain voltage stability and keep the boiler room dry.
