1、 Preparation before boiler installation
Before installing the boiler, after determining the installation location, the boiler user must report to the relevant local departments and obtain the boiler installation qualification certificate issued by the relevant departments. According to the relevant provisions of the “Steam Boiler Safety Supervision Regulations”, units using boilers need to complete registration procedures, assign a dedicated person to be responsible for the installation of the boiler, and fill out a boiler installation notice at the corresponding local government agency.
Units using boilers need to organize their staff to learn installation and safety technical measures, and be familiar with boiler drawings and relevant technical documents; Before installation, the boiler body, combustion equipment, components, auxiliary equipment, accessories, etc. need to be inspected and accepted according to the drawings, and records should be kept. Any areas that do not meet relevant standards should be promptly communicated with the boiler manufacturer.
2、 Boiler installation
1. The installation of the boiler foundation should be determined based on the local soil conditions and redesigned by the civil engineering department with reference to the provided drawings.
2. The boiler should be inspected and accepted according to the drawings, and three overall reference lines of the boiler should be drawn: longitudinal reference line, transverse reference line, and high standard reference line,
3. After the boiler host arrives at the installation site, it is necessary to first check whether the boiler centerline matches the centerline drawn on the base, whether the normal water level of the water level gauge is level, and whether the contact between the base and the foundation is tight.
3、 Auxiliary equipment installation
Before installing the combustion engine and feedwater pump, an open box inspection should be carried out according to the goods list. After installation, check for defects such as air leakage and jamming. Then, turn on the power and test drive to check if the motor rotation is normal and if there are any friction or vibration phenomena.
4、 Chimney installation
When installing the boiler chimney, asbestos ropes should be embedded between the flanges, and the verticality of the chimney should be checked using a vertical line method. Use blue bolts to tighten the cable, and note that the tightness of the three steel wire ropes should be roughly the same. According to different environments and local department requirements, chimneys can be shortened or raised accordingly.
