The Characteristics of Garbage Incineration Furnace Burner

Completed active and continuous online monitoring of exhaust gas, including monitoring items such as hydrogen chloride, carbon monoxide, smoke, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, etc., and connected to local health and environmental protection departments to complete real-time data transmission. The furnace slag and fly ash generated during garbage incineration should be properly treated or disposed of in accordance with regulations. Each process step should choose effective odor control methods, and there should be no obvious odor in the factory area. The deodorization system should be used according to requirements at relevant locations and protected in a timely manner as required. In places such as garbage storage pits, sewage and leachate collection ponds, underground buildings, and production control rooms where methane is easy to mobilize, daily monitoring and supervision should be strengthened to ensure production. The incineration furnace burner is a type of environmental protection equipment that uses high-temperature incineration to reduce or reduce the amount of waste gas, waste liquid, and solid waste, such as toxic gas (paint exhaust gas), toxic rocket liquid fuel, medical waste, household waste, animal carcasses, etc. The product utilizes part of the thermal energy of the incineration medium. It is divided into fixed incineration furnaces and mobile incineration furnaces.

Product characteristics: strong variation effect, which ensures uniform and thorough burning of waste on the entire surface of the furnace grate, prevents slagging; the incineration equipment should have the ability to adapt to sudden uncertainty in the composition (moisture or calorific value) of frequently generated waste; preheats the incineration air (primary air and secondary air); can add certain additives to reduce the emissions of certain harmful substances, such as dioxins, nitrogen oxides, and SOx; ensures low ash and fly ash containing carbon content (1% to 3%) and good combustion. The garbage incineration furnace oil burner injects oil and air into the furnace at a certain ratio, speed, and mixing method to supply the heat required by the furnace when claiming/closing and when the waste heat value is lower than the planned heat value during the lower limit. The equipment for supplying auxiliary heat is used for the following purposes: to advocate incineration and stop the furnace to control the rate of furnace temperature decline; when the waste heat value is low enough to reach the conventional furnace temperature, auxiliary incineration is carried out; new furnaces are built and wall repairs are carried out to resist fire materials drying.
