1 Gas source fault Check whether the pressure of natural gas is normal and maintained at 3-5kpa. Excessive or insufficient pressure will cause the phenomenon of not being able to ignite. Treatment method; Adjust the natural gas pressure regulating valve to set the pressure.

2 Damper fault Check the size of the damper. When the damper is too large, it is easy to appear multiple times without ignition. Treatment method; Properly reduce the size of the damper, but do not completely close it.

3 Ignition electrode or ignition transformer fault When the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition electrode is too dirty and the position is wrong, an ignition fault will occur. Treatment method; Test whether the ignition transformer ignites, clean the ignition electrode, and adjust the ignition gap to maintain 2-3mm.

4 Gas valve group fault When igniting normally, the valve group will open in time and you can hear the sound of opening. If it cannot be opened, the flame will not be established. Treatment method; Check the valve group coil and adjust the opening degree of the valve.

5 Ignition controler fault All ignition programs are sent out by the controller. If the controller fails, normal ignition cannot be achieved. Treatment method; Replace the controller.

3 Circuit fault Power instability or lack of phase causes extinguishment during the process. Treatment method; Contact the electrician to check the power supply and wiring.
