In order to alleviate the current situation of local electricity shortage in Zetas, Turkey, EREN Group invested and started the third-phase thermal power generation project of Zetas, which was contracted by Harbin Electric International Engineering Co., Ltd. The company is mainly engaged in the general contracting and complete equipment business of thermal power plants, hydro-power plants, and combined cycle power plants, and can also undertake the construction of large-scale power transmission and transformation facilities and public facilities, and provide complete and professional after-sales services for power plants.
As the “Belt and Road” high-quality power station project and the largest thermal power unit that uses oil-free ignition for the first time, the company has put forward high requirements for the energy efficiency and environmental protection of the supporting combustion equipment. The target equipment is two 50-ton steam boilers, the steam temperature reaches 320℃ and the steam pressure is 1.35MPa during operation. EBICO technical team recommended the EC15NQR burner and successfully won the bid.
EBICO EC15NQR burner, according to the current energy distribution in Turkey, uses heavy oil as the main fuel, and comprehensively uses low-nitrogen combustion technologies such as VIC vacuum internal mixing and UIC super-mixing to achieve ultra-low emission of nitrogen oxides, in line with the relevant European emission standards in Turkey. EBICO helped the company enter the European market and won the Best Thermal Power Project Award in Turkey.
