How to solve the debugging problem of gas burner? Teach you how to debug the burner step by step!

Precautions for debugging and maintenance of gas burner:

(1) When the gas burner fails to ignite for two consecutive times, it should be stopped for inspection. Check whether the gas supply system of the burner is normal, whether the circuit connection is correct, and restart the burner after troubleshooting.

(2) It is strictly prohibited to use wrenches or metal rods to tap or rub the gas supply pipeline to avoid static electricity or sparks, which may cause gas explosion.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to smoke, weld or cut in the gas supply valve group or pipe flange, etc.

(4) It is strictly prohibited to carry out any open flame test near the pipeline, valve group and pressure regulating valve to avoid major accidents.

(5) To test whether there is fuel in the gas supply pipeline, a low-pressure gas meter is usually used for testing.

(6) In the gas supply pipeline, even if it has been emptied, there are residual gas or droplets on the wall. If it encounters static electricity sparks or open flames, it will also cause combustion and explosion.

(7) When the gas supply pipeline is already ventilated and the valve group fails to be disassembled, the main valve at the front end of the valve group must be cut off first, and then the gas in the pipeline from the main valve to the valve group should be vented before the valve group can be disassembled and repaired.

(8) In the debugging work, gas must be carefully, safely and efficiently handled.

(9) Non-explosion-proof electric tools are prohibited to be used on site.

(10) VPS504 leak detection device must be checked before use to see whether the valve group cover is tight.

(11) It is recommended to use VPS504 leak detection device for burners with a calorific value of 600,000 kcal or above. If the user does not provide it, the customer is responsible for any accidents caused by it.

(12) Before starting the burner, a gas supply pressure test must be carried out to check for leaks. After confirming that it is normal, simulated operation can be carried out.

(13) Explain the safety operation precautions to the customer in detail.

(14). When the burner is not in use, inform the customer to cut off the main gas supply valve and the main power switch.

(15) It is recommended not to carry out the debugging of the gas burner at night.

(16) At the end of debugging, organize operators to carry out training on the operation direction of use, and establish operation procedures if necessary.

If it is an ignition fault, how to judge it? First, start the burner three times in a row. If it does not ignite, it is judged as an ignition fault, and corresponding inspections need to be carried out to eliminate the fault. The fan operates normally during ignition, and the program is correct.

If it is a gas source fault, check whether the pressure of natural gas is normally maintained at 3-5kpa. If it is too high or too low, it will not ignite. Treatment method (adjust the natural gas pressure regulation and set the pressure).

If it is a fault of the air inlet door, check the size of the air inlet door. When the air inlet door is too large, it is prone to multiple ignition failures. Treatment method (adjust the air inlet door appropriately smaller, but not completely closed).

If it is a fault of the ignition electrode or ignition transformer, the ignition transformer does not ignite, or the ignition electrode is too dirty or misplaced, ignition faults will occur. Treatment method (test whether the ignition transformer ignites, clean the ignition electrode, adjust the ignition gap to 2-3mm).
