Among them, liquefied petroleum gas is commonly referred to as gas, and gas cylinders are one type of steel cylinders that carry liquefied petroleum gas. In the use of liquefied gas, it must be vaporized into a gas before it can be used by people. However, in practical applications, there is always a residual amount of liquefied gas in the steel cylinder, and during the use of liquefied gas, there are phenomena such as unstable burner flame and pressure, and water and ice formation on the steel cylinder in winter, which result in high fuel costs and cause significant losses to factories, restaurants, and catering establishments.
There are two situations in the use of liquefied gas: one is the natural vaporization of liquefied gas in the steel cylinder; the other is the forced vaporization of liquefied gas in the steel cylinder by human means. Natural vaporization refers to the process by which liquid liquefied petroleum gas in the steel cylinder relies on its own sensible heat and absorbs heat from the external environment to vaporize. Forced vaporization is the vaporization of liquefied petroleum gas by artificial methods (installing Zhongbang Haoqi vaporizer). Natural vaporization is easily affected by external temperature and usage, resulting in insufficient flame during use, water and ice formation on the steel cylinder in winter, and unclean use of residual liquid in the steel cylinder.
The models of liquefied gas vaporizers range from 30KG to 1000KG, with various models available. Common models include 30KG, 50KG wall-mounted, 50KG floor-standing, 100KG, 150KG, and 200KG. In theory, the flow rate of the 30KG model is 30KG per hour, and the flow rate of the 50KG model is 50KG per hour. Many people also believe this, but in actual use, the actual usage flow rate of the 30KG model is only 20KG-25KG, which is related to external temperature but definitely cannot reach 30KG.
Therefore, when purchasing a vaporizer, it is essential to know the actual usage flow rate and choose the corresponding vaporizer based on the actual flow rate.
In addition, there are two types of 50KG vaporizers: large and small. The large one is floor-standing, while the small one can be used for both wall-mounting and floor-standing. The price of the 50KG (wall-mounted) model is about 800 yuan less than that of the 50KG (floor-standing) model. The 50KG (floor-standing) model uses three-phase electricity with a voltage of 380V and is equipped with an external electric box, and the actual usage flow rate can reach about 40KG. The 50KG (wall-mounted) model uses household electricity of 220V without an electric box, and the actual flow rate is only 30KG. Many customers are often cheated by unscrupulous merchants without knowing the inside story, and the purchased equipment cannot be used normally.
