Henan Tianfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is mainly involved in antibiotics, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, anti-AIDS, diabetes, and other fields. It has an oral solid preparation workshop with an annual production capacity of nearly 6 billion tablets (tablets) and an antibiotic fermentation tonnage of 12,000 m³.
The 20,000 tons/year hazardous waste incineration project is an important part of Tianfang Pharmaceutical’s environmental protection production strategy. Considering the customer’s demand for two different fuels, natural gas, and biogas, EBICO EC, ES, and EP three series of 7 equipment were gathered in the Tianfang Pharmaceutical workshop. The heat load of EBICO products can be automatically adjusted according to the needs of heat-consuming equipment; the integrated control system realizes data-based and precise control, and NOx and various pollution emissions are strictly controlled within the latest local standards, helping customers realize cost savings and create good economic benefits.
